Help me stardock ppl! it says my serial isnt valid!

i bought my game from www.webhallen.com in sweden (since i am swedish)

i got the collectors edition today in my mailbox (finally)

but when im gonna download the latest patch it says that my serial isnt valid!

i have checked like 100 times that i wrote the serial right
why is this happening??? plz help

im getting really frustrated here!!

there seems to be some problems with paradox sn, check paradox forum for details.

ah, ok thx

but still, its no fun that your serial isnt working.

i mean, i have payed money for the game and i want all the goodies as fast as possible (patches)

and i cant install the collectors extra material since i need the latest version of the game to do it...

wellwell... i guess i have to wait.
