Downloading updates

Whenever I push download latest update it always direct me to the collection edition page.
So how can I update my game from retail to the latest patch?!

Are you pressing the "Update" button in stardock central, or somewhere on this website? If you have Stardock Central installed, that would probably be the easiest way to update. Just click on Games>GalCIv2 and press the "update" button on the right.

It's cause of the paradox order problem
We only received a collection edition serial number and that's it.

I do it from the site, when I log my account off I can enter either my serial number or my collection edition number. Since I only have a edition number, I use that. When I then push download the recent patch/update it always re-direct me to the collection edition page to get my edition stuff but the patch/update isn't listed there. Only the update for collection and the wallpaper thingy.
