nano ripper

Somewhat major bug i think, not sure why it isn't here. If you follow out the mass driver path, at the last singularity driver, you get the nano ripper. It is way way better than the previous techs, and i think better than the gravitons further along.

Power goes from like 2 or 3 to 8. Seems like a bug too me. Unless there's some drawback to it.... I've won a few games by researching to there and going on a war path...

AFAIK, the newer/more advanced guns are smaller and 2 of them have more power then 1 Nano ripper while taking less space. Something like ;

1 gun 15 space 8 damage
2 guns10 space 10 damage
