[BUG]Starbase Upgrade and Zero Ship Fleets

screenshot #1shows a starbase info screen. When upgrading I was given the choice of upgrade #III twice. I chose it twice, now the info screen shows 2 general weapon upgrades of class III.
The next screenshot shows a square ouside a minor race world I invaded. I added 2 transports into a fleet and it created a ZERO ship fleet with no pic. I did this three times. I had 5 transports plus another fleet of 3 ships in the square when this happened.
I just created this site to get the pictures up, don't mind the guinea pig.
