One click on title

makes it all backwards

When i click on a title in any window (my opering system is in hebrew) the all window goes backwards...help?

I've seen joke programs that do stuff like that.
have you scanned your system? some av programs don't find joke programs..trendmicro does and they have a free scan at their site.

It's not a virus, im using kaspersky and this weird thing doesn't happen when im not using windowblins, it gotta be something to do with this software .

I checked the WinCusto Frapper map and didn't see any users in Isreal . . . hoping it was a known Hebrew issue . . . No luck. Sorry.
