new shipbuilding/upgrade bug

i found a really really annoying bug today... if you design a new ship (dont build any) then go back to the ship screen and hit upgrade, do a minor modification then save as the same name, overite the old design with the new one, then it will ask you to upgrade the same class ship with the newly upgraded one and you can choose the mitrsoft and others.... it make ALLLLLLLL your starports build that new ship...... VERY VERY annoying.. i am playing a huge game and i have to click forever telling all my starports to not build that ship.. one thing would be cool a button where you can tell all planets or starports to cancel all projects.... i can also recreate this multiple times...

I also got this "bug". It has the wiff of a feature gone wrong to me. I could see upgrading changing the ship produciont of planets producing the old ship but it also overwrites my consturcot...et al production too. Very annoying.
