Apple startbutton-gimme a break!! SS mini-tute?

Skin studio noob needs guidance

It is beyond me why some WB skins, particularly a couple of nice clean ones, are submitted to a windows customization site, for use with a windows program, on windows computers, owned by people who didn't buy a mac, HAVE AN APPLE START BUTTON!
Is there some simple SkinStudio technique, for those of us who are a little mystified/afraid of the application, to change just the start button?

If you have Skinstudio, you can edit the button in the graphics program of your choice

I have to admit, there are a few skins I didn't bother with for that reason. Same with the Windows logo. I personally don't understand the fascination with either logo. It's not like I have a huge selection of OS' to choose from and don't see why I need to advertise for a company that monopolizes the market. It's not like they need it.
