moving maximized windows

I'm trying to set up my windows to maximize differently in WindowFX 3.0. The resize works, but I also want to make the windows display slightly down and to the right. No matter what values I enter in the two movement fields, there is no change and the window is always maximized to the very top left corner. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

It takes a liitle playing with. I have found that for WB 5 skins you have too tweak settings skin by skin.
Here is a couple screen shots








My res is 1280x1024, in second screeny you can see how much the needed numbers are off to what logic says they should be. 1280-40=1240, setting
of 1227 is 13 less than it should need to be.

Been playing a little more, it works better with WB 5 skins than WB 4, with WB 5 when max a window it maxes at settings on top of other open windows. For WB 4 it cascades maxed window when other window already open. Based on my second screeny, the windows cascade up and to the left, had some with only one other window open cascade right to top and a little off screen to the left.
Basicly the same goes for opening a window set to open at max when have another maxed window open, WB 5 right on top by settings, WB 4 cascaded.
