Figting after victory bug

This one very simple , had a fleet of 3 ships (phoenixes, compain , mission 3) destroyed Dreign economics starbase that had some weapons (2:1:1) , one of my phoenixes "died" during the fight, OK.

Then starbase blowed , I got the battle statistics screen but did not pressed "done" button and waited.
What I see ? - someone still fires at my ships !!!
2nd of my phoenixes that was undemaged before got destroyed !!! and I barely succeeded hitting "done" to save the 3rd !!! (that was undamaged too to the moment I destroyed starbase but after fighting this invisible enemy

become 4/12.

Defenatly a bug ...
