WB5 Compatibility Issue

There is Acompatibility issue with the ASrock uli chipset and wb. its strange when my agp card reads as a pci it dosent stuff up but when you install the uli pci to agp driver this is what happens click link
my system is nvidia 6600 agp
Ali M1689 chipset (uli drivers)
Amd Athlon 64 3000+ 1.8ghz
Asrock 939A8X-M Motherboard
does any one have the same problem and is this a bug
