Playing on two PCs?

This is really obnoxious, I've paid for Galciv2 and play it on my main computer, now I want to play it on my laptop when I go for a trip tomorrow. So I burn the stardock dir to DVD, then copy to c:\program files area and now it won't run!!

It's making me re-download the whole fricken thing!! Which over my wireless is painfully slow. Says something about not matching my machines SID or CID. Look if I log into stardock and have a valid serial number that matches my login, email and password it should bloddy well let let me play!! These annoying copy protections really make it fustrating to buy games!!

So now I guess anytime I format my hard drive your gonna make me download it again and again and again... thanks really appreciate that...

Actually, no. There is no copy protection.

Don't copy the stardock folder.

Instead, open up stardock central, click on each game file (Movies, tut, main game, etc.) and "Archive" it. Go to where SDC stores your archives (You can set the location in the Options), and burn THOSE files to a CD.

You can then unzip and install with them on a new PC, and I think all you need to do is provide a serial.

Stardock didn't include copy protection in this game. Because they fucking rock
