Well after researching this I got :
Tristronium armor and Tristronium armor II with exactly !!! the same stats (in shipyard when designing new ship):
Size: 6 , Cost:70 , Defence:3 .
Further more the "II" variant apears benith regular one in the defence modules list in shipyard.
