Bug when a trade route is created (screen is blank and sound shuts down)

I made my first trade route and a screen came up telling me about it but the area of the screen that should have a picture of something was completely blank. Also, when this screen came up all of the sound shut down. I had to restart the game to get sound back.
SORRY, I somehow made this post in the wrong fourm. I wanted it to go in the Bug report forum. Oops.

I had a similar experience except the establishment of the trade route caused a CTD. It was repeatable and I'll get some more info tonight. Whats worse is now an AI players trade route to me is causing the CTD. Heh gotta go to war just to not crash out.
