Well, ive been waiting for one, but it seems i'll have to request it myself. I'm no good with skinning things and such, but i love customizing. There is one XP theme that I would love and i know would grab alot of people's attention. A .hack (dot hack) theme, based on the .hack games. Here's a few Screenshots of the game for reference if you havent played them:
