Fleet batles. Bug ?

Well I am not sure if it's bug or not but I can't understend when fleet batle "cinematics" shown and when not.
I mean sometimes when just 2 ships fighting I get cinematics and sometimes when 2 fleets fighting I don't.
Something defenatly odd there.

Yes I have trouble with that as well.
Have you checked your options? There are 3 or 4 of them about the ship/fleet battles, which will determine if you see it or not.

This is a setting in the options. By default it only show Full battles if both sides are fleets. Try messing around with the Interface battles options.

I noticed this as well. I wanted to see battles all the time so I set the Cinematics to Full Battle and to have all battles be Full Battles.

I turned to show ALL battles in options.
However sometimes it does not show battles envolving 2 fleets .

There are lots of different options to allow you to decide how often you like to view the combat viewer. You can try different combinations to find one that suits your liking.

However, if you want ALL battles to show up in the viewer, you can use these settings:
Check "Show Battle Sequence"
Set "Battle Length" to "Full Battles"
Check "Full Fleet Battles"
Uncheck "Show Full Fleet Battles Only If BOTH Sides Are Fleets"
