I have a bunch of gift cards for there, if not ill just preorder off of them main site

Best Buy is strange that way. X3 was the same way, was in stores but not on the website.

GalCiv II will be at Best Buy (the standard edition). It'll also be at Circuit City, EB Games, Gamestop, Amazon.com, J&R and Fry's (plus others I'm not aware of).  WalMart is selling the Collector's Edition also.
