manual with pre-download...?

hi...

this may seem like a silly question... but i was just wondering if the manual is going to be included with the pre-download or maybe posted in the Database (i.e. galciv 1) i'm new to the Galactic Civlizations so i've got a lot to learn...

There is a link floating around somewhere to a draft of the manual (I think it's somewhere under the Databanks, but I could never find the link that way). However, the pdf manual is in the preload

Was just reading the manual, some pretty neat stuff in there.I especially like the subtitle quotes:
