Window Blinds HELP

Hey All, I downloaded a Vista windowblind from the link below, it saved as (Vista_1_4.rar) and I can't seem to get it in to WB5. Can anyone help me? Thank You

A .rar file is a compressed file. You'll need a program to expand it. You can get a trial version of winrar here.

Once you've decompressed it , you should find a WBA file in it. Double click on the WBA file and it should load into WB
