Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try restart explorer.exe, does it resolve the issue?
To restart the Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) process, open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), find "Windows Explorer" in the Processes tab, right-click it, and select Restart. Alternatively, you can use a Command Prompt or PowerShell window and enter taskkill /f /im explorer.exe && start explorer.exe to force a restart of the process
