no sound effects?

i can hear the factory's noise in the first two tutorial, but the following tutorials and the rest of the single mode have no building sound effects, has anyone met the same problem? No building's sound FX!

ps. why does the background music only play one time.. it is supposed to be looped.

The building noise should be persistent. It's based on camera zoom level, so you may be zoomed too far out to hear it? We didn't want the game to sound too loud and noisy when you're visually far away. We also don't have sound effects for every building. The steel mill is a good one to test with. Can you please double check and let me know?

I thought we made the background music loop in the last version, but I can double check tomorrow.

well.... since I'm a quite experienced RTS fan, I think I know the building noises, I heard them in the first two tutorial games, when zoom in it's very clear, and I can hear them persistently, but in the rest of the game I cannot hear them, BTW the background it's indeed not looping... thanks for your reply and I sincerely hope you can work it out.

I've just run it again I can hear the building noises in single combat, I've just played the expansive and I'll try more types of companise.

well... it seems that I can only hear the building noises when using expansive company. all other companies can't hear the noices, I really love this game and it really affects my experience.

Just fixed the music looping. Will be in the next patch.

I tested out the building sound effects and they seem to be working fine for me on the PC in the active build and in the next build. Please let me know if you find out anything more about what is causing the looping audio for the buildings not to play.
