First of all: I find it very strange, that there is a campaign mode, where you are about to loose and start over and over again. This is a strange concept and I dont like it very much (because it gets boring).
But I understand, that it differers and I tried to do the best out of it and tried not to loose. The key to this is the Offworld Market, because its just OP. So in the first round I had it in the perks, but I had not $120. Then I won the first game but the perk was gone - so I could not buy it. But an AI had it then.
Maybe I am doing something wrong here. But this is the problem - I dont get it? Because there is no explanation and no guiding. I am usually not the one giving up so quickly. But I know there are many people that will give up because of loosing all the time and not knowing what to do/ how to improve.
So I am suggesting that you invest more time in the guiding and tutorial of the game. Involve the player and help him to win. Or at least give the players some hints. I love the Blizzard games - they are very competitive but they always try to get even the most casual player into the game. They are great at it and I think games like SC2 (or also the Heros beta) are very good examples on how to guide and help even unskilled/casual players so they love the game.
I dont want to whine. I am just suggesting a better tutorial and/or a more intuitive way things are connected to each other (like why the heck do the perks change after each match in campagin).
Hope you get my point
{Maybe you can also clarify, how this perk thing in campaig works. Why is there a thing in the first round and gets replaced in the second ...}
