Sometimes, when i am the last to found, i get an extra claim.
How exactly does this work, is it only the last person, does it vary with the number of players ?
the last 50%, rounded up = 2 of 4 people get +1 claim or 3 of 5
is there any time limit on this? If say everyone plants in 1 second it would feel unfair to gret an extra claim?
I'm not sure if it's the last 50%, it seems to be time based as well, just an assumption. I'm pretty sure I got the extra claim when played 3rd out of 8 players.
We're working on a in-game display to show this information. I think it'll be in the next update.

I guess the rationale is to "reward" or rather compensate the late founders : they likely lost opportunity to use the better locations (most likely used by the first founders)
