I'm loving the game thus far! I've played 30+ multiplayer games, and I've won the vast majority so far. My experience is limited almost entirely to scientific at the moment.
In no order of importance, things I would like to see added or changed:
1. When I hold shift/ctrl and hover over the +/- for a particular resource, it provides the 100/1 prices for only that item in hover text. It would be easier for me to spot at a glance if I could hold shift/ctrl and see the 100/1 prices for all resources immediately.
2. It can be difficult to tell when I'm sabotaged. Could a sabotage area be added to the right of the rate when the production for that resource is sabotaged? Perhaps a percentage of the area lightly shaded based on how much of the production is offline along with a countdown timer overlay?
3. Power management is difficult late game. In many of my games, power starts out pretty expensive, drops down to $1 as people overcompensate, then jumps up to 300+ when people forget that all of their new buildings from expanding up to 4 or 5 cost a lot of power. I realize that each different building shows how much power it uses, so it could just be a lack of familiarization on my part. That said, it would be nice to have a buildings menu to manage my buildings, their power, their supply, how much they're producing, etc.
4. Geothermal vents are very powerful! Literally. I get that they're the most expensive power supply, but their power far outweighs that in combination with their often limited supply. There have been many games where there are only 1-4 vents for an 8 player huge map. It paints a target on you that says "please, sabotage my vent", which means that you can buy a goon squad and get another black market item free! My current strategy for a 2 vent map is to buy them out by lvl 2, or the first minute or two of the game.
4. Please add a post game lobby! I would like to be able to talk about my spoils of war with the other players without having to rejoin a new game lobby. This could be added into the already existing stats / map / observer after you're bought out or the game ends.
5. Offworld markets are strong! I hesitate to say "too strong" but they currently feel that way. Especially in comparison to the other HQ buildings. "Hmm, looks like _____ is the expensive offworld target this game, I'll build most of that early on in anticipation". I have yet to see someone get close to winning a game without the market, and it is definitely my primary strategy, so I might be biased.
6. 20 glass for a farm feels excessive. I get it, you're making a greenhouse or something that uses glass. Maybe 10 glass or upping the amount of food that you receive would help to balance.
7. It wasn't intuitive to me that the "Slant Drilling" patent worked for scientific buildings. Perhaps additional text could be added to the patent that says something to the effect of "(works for scientific buildings)"? I love this patent now that I know it works with scientific.
8. Add a random option to "Map Size", "Resource Min", and "Resource Presence" for new multiplayer games. Not a big issue, but it seems like an easy implementation and I feel like it could be fun.
9. How much is my debt changing? You have +/- rates for all the resources. A little rate feature above or below the debt would be very helpful. I know this has been talked about already, I just wanted to chip in my two cents and say "Yes please!".
10. Masquerade is a cool feature! I would like a mix so I don't know who anyone is during the game but I can see who was who after the game is said and done. I'm guessing that was part of the intention as well though and that I'm just not cut out for an Eyes Wide Shut game.
